Role: Business Analyst with Payment Domain Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in payment systems to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requests, creating official Business Requirements, and supporting the testing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and requests to create official Business Requirements
- Support the testing process, including providing Test Cases and Testing Traceability Matrices
- Provide expertise on business processes and standards to the core Payments testing team
- Understand and analyze payment systems, including Fedwire, SWIFT, and ISO 20022
- Develop and maintain knowledge of payment systems, including new XML formats and interfaces with OFAC and AML compliance systems
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis and payment systems
- Deep understanding of payment systems, including Fedwire, SWIFT, and ISO 20022
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment
