Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team in the Operating Room. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient operating environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and handling instruments and equipment.
  • Prepare patients for surgery, ensuring they are properly positioned and prepared for the procedure.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the medical team.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient operating process.
  • Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and patient information.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent experience.
  • Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (NCCT or NBSTSA).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
