Our firm serves a diverse clientele across multiple practice areas. Our office's strategic location offers a dynamic work environment where we aim to meet our clients' complex needs while fostering personalized connections.

As an ideal candidate, you should possess 3-5 years of litigation experience, managing cases from initiation to conclusion by:

  • Drafting pleadings
  • Preparing discovery documents and motions
  • Conducting and defending depositions
  • Executing thorough legal research and analysis
  • Having familiarity with Federal Court procedures
  • Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills and advocacy

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to devise case strategies
  • Conduct and defend depositions
  • Oversee discovery processes, including electronic discovery
  • Draft various legal documents
  • Participate in trial and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
  • Represent clients in court appearances
  • Manage daily aspects of employment law and personal injury cases
  • Meet monthly billable hour targets

Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school
  • New York admission (or eligibility to waive in), additional Federal admission preferred
  • Familiarity with Zoom, MS Teams, and other video conferencing platforms
  • Willingness to travel for depositions and court conferences
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to absorb and process information rapidly
  • Consistent demonstration of responsibility and dedication
  • Proficiency in online research tools
  • Expertise in legal research, and written and verbal communication

The compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills, including opportunities for origination fees. We offer a competitive benefits package covering retirement plans, health and dental insurance, and continuing legal education registration fees, among others.
