Job Description

At SW Complete, we are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets by ensuring compliance with internal control procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Property Audits: Develop, recommend, and implement property administration policies to ensure the integrity of our assets.
  • Develop Quality Plans: Create and implement plans and programs to achieve and maintain product quality throughout the asset's life cycle.
  • Monitor Operations: Prevent the production of defects and verify adherence to quality plans and requirements.
  • Prepare Reports: Develop and submit periodic and special purpose reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Five (5) years of experience in asset management, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Experience with asset inventory and reconciliation procedures, ticketing systems, and databases is highly desirable.
Clearance:
  • Clearance Required: Must be fully cleared with the appropriate client polygraph.
