Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the comprehensive management of assets throughout their lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support, plan, and execute all technical refreshes.
  • Assist with exit clearance procedures to ensure the return of all assigned property.
  • Develop a process that will track all hardware/software licenses, warranties, end of life reporting, shipping, and receiving of equipment, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess asset needs, procure assets, and manage inventory levels.
  • Perform regular assessments of asset condition, performance, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of assets to prolong their useful life and enhance performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assets, including tracking changes, movements, disposals, and reconciliation of inventory records.
  • Contribute to financial planning by providing insights into asset-related costs, depreciation, and forecasting.
  • Generate detailed reports on asset utilization, bill of material, certification service request, virtual machine tracking, and financial impact for management review.
Requirements:
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting IT Assets.
  • Experience in asset management tools, MS Domain, and Microsoft Office Tools.
What We Offer:

Maximus provides a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $70,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.
