As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving financial and operational performance of assets under management, tracking and managing solar energy assets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports, focusing on solar energy projects and investments.
- Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accurate tracking of solar project expenses and revenues.
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts for solar projects and company-wide financial planning.
- Conduct variance analyses and report findings to management, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Prior history as an asset management analyst.
- Experience with basic accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance is a plus; experience in solar is a must.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
