We are seeking a skilled Employment Specialist to join our team at VIABILITY, INC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and disadvantages to achieve their vocational goals.
Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to identify their employment aspirations and create tailored plans to help them achieve success.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community employers to provide access to job training, educational opportunities, and employment services.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support clients in acquiring job-seeking skills, resume writing, interview preparation, and travel training.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human services, career counseling, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in case management, job coaching, or direct care.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
- Competitive salary: $43,200 - $56,800 per year (based on experience).
