Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including routine and specialized tests, accurately and efficiently.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Ensure quality control and quality assurance protocols are followed, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze test results, providing reliable data for diagnosis and treatment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care, providing expert advice and guidance.
- ASCP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evening and night shifts.
