Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
- Generalist or Specialist in Blood Bank.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensure quality control and quality assurance protocols are followed.
- Analyze test results and provide reliable data for diagnosis and treatment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care.
Qualifications:
- ASCP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evening and night shifts.
