Relationship Manager for Asset Managers

iCapital is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our Enterprise Solutions team, focusing on Asset Managers and General Partners. This role will play a pivotal part in maintaining and developing current relationships, as well as prospecting for new opportunities. As a senior-level, technical role, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting iCapital's full suite of technology solutions to Asset Managers and General Partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Asset and Wealth Managers, supporting other Relationship Managers as needed.
- Play a key role as the Relationship Manager for several strategic Asset and Wealth management clients.
- Lead platform and system demonstrations for new prospects, respond to RFPs, and collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams on fund launches, closes, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with other Relationship Managers and senior executives to drive tactical and strategic initiatives regarding sales strategy, business development, CRM technology, and marketing.
- Manage and lead internal projects, developing frameworks and processes for ongoing team management.
- Develop presentations with significant data and analysis for internal meetings and projects.
- Work alongside the Enterprise Solutions team to develop meaningful measurements of success.
- 12+ years of experience in business development/relationship management, with a focus on enterprise or technology sales.
- Extensive knowledge of alternative investments.
- Direct experience working for or with Asset Management or Wealth Management firms is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
