Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise beverage servers, bar apprentices, bar porters, and bartenders to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional beverage service.
  • Develop and implement beverage service standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all beverage outlets.
  • Monitor and control beverage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Work closely with the Beverage Manager to develop and implement new beverage concepts and menus that meet customer preferences and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure that all beverage service staff are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures, including those related to food safety and allergens.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a beverage service management role, preferably in a high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff to achieve high standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of beverage service operations, including inventory management and control.
