We are seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join our team at Akua Behavioral Health Inc. As a Clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical services to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of clinical services to clients
  • Ensure compliance with program and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to provide coordinated and effective care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
  • Crisis management and response

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology)
  • 5+ years of experience in substance use treatment
  • CADC – I / SUDCC-I Certification or higher
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Valid CA Driver's License

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
