Senior FP&A Manager - SAP Solutions | Hybrid Environment

The Senior FP&A Manager will collaborate with the Finance team to implement effective solutions and processes within SAP systems. This position is pivotal in guiding transactional workflows and system protocols within SAP, particularly in the areas of financial planning, which encompasses sales, cost of goods sold (COGS), capital projects, operating expenses (Opex), and workforce management. A comprehensive understanding of essential financial statements and their interrelations, along with robust experience in profitability and margin analysis, is crucial. Familiarity with both S/4 HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the deployment and enhancement of SAC/S4HANA solutions across various markets.
  • Ensure timely completion of all implementation deliverables for portfolio projects and enhancements.
  • Assist in the design, construction, testing, data migration, and change management processes for SAP S4 HANA.
  • Create high-quality project documentation, user training materials, and support content in various formats.
  • Oversee system operational tasks, including data integrity checks and system configurations.
  • Deliver engaging system and process demonstrations, training sessions, and conceptual presentations to enhance user skills.
  • Address user inquiries promptly, either directly or by coordinating with support teams.
  • Work closely with finance operations and supply chain teams to evaluate system security, enhancement requirements, and process improvements.
  • Develop use cases, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and create appropriate test scripts for integration testing.
  • Ensure proper process flows and address operational needs throughout the implementation phases.
  • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance-related system processes.
  • Provide regular updates to SAP and business leadership regarding project status.
  • Meet internal and cross-functional deadlines to ensure timely project execution.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on FP&A, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP Finance FICO.
  • At least 2 years of experience with S4 HANA and SAC.
  • Experience in SAP implementation projects.
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of SAP data structures and reporting requirements.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Office, particularly in handling large datasets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a well-organized manner.
  • Experience in a publicly traded manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) company is advantageous.
  • Public accounting experience is preferred.
