Job Description

We're seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Chicago. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating with our People Scientists and Solution Consultants to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through a combination of outbound calling, emailing, and following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close and communicate any challenges or wins to the team.
  • Gain an understanding of the prospective customer's pain points and educate on Culture Amp's value, highlighting our differentiators, effectively demoing the product over video conference, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Co-create a solution and business case to enable stakeholders across the business to advocate for and adopt Culture Amp.
  • Work closely with our People Scientists and Solution Consultants, to achieve sales goals; collaborate with Customer Success Coaches and Account Managers to support and set expectations for customers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a closing sales role (ideally within the HR field &/or SaaS).
  • Experience selling solutions to Executives across industries.
  • Experience forecasting and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Experience and drive to build 50% of pipeline by sourcing your own opportunities.
  • Experience selling to Enterprise sized organizations (5,000+ employees).
  • 5+ years of closing experience.
What We Offer

We believe in fair & equitable pay at Culture Amp, and therefore, we build pay equity into all our programs in addition to conducting annual pay equity audits. For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. The range is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission.

US Salary Range: $180,000-$235,000 USD
