Key Responsibilities- Classroom Management: Support and maintain high-quality classroom standards in a laboratory setting.
- Curriculum Development: Coordinate and implement an innovative curriculum model with a team of colleagues.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships of cooperation and respect with all co-workers, supervisors, and families.
- Training and Development: Provide oversight and training of interns and student teachers in early childhood education undergraduate programs.
- Quality Standards: Maintain standards in accordance with National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accreditation and PA Keystone STARS 4 quality standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in early childhood education.
- Clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check, and the National Sex Offender Registry Clearance (NSOR).
- Health Requirements: Health physical with TB test required prior to starting the position.
- Competitive Salary: $34,500.00 - $50,500.00 per year.
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
