About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at CarePartners Health Services, a leading provider of post-acute care in western North Carolina.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic rehabilitation hospital setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional comfort and well-being to patients in a facility or home setting
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individual needs
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to healthcare team members as needed
  • Implement medically prescribed interventions and document patient progress

Requirements

  • Accredited RN Program
  • Current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing (Compact license may apply)
  • BCLS certification
  • Prior experience in a facility or home care setting (optional)

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
