About the Role:
Licking Memorial Health Systems (LMHS) is a leading non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community.
We are seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team of highly trained and compassionate individuals who strive to improve the health of the community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance procedures, preparing and administering medication, and maintaining a demeanor complementary to medical ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform magnetic resonance procedures independently or assist licensed practitioners as needed.
- Prepare, administer, and document activities related to medication in accordance with federal and state laws.
- Maintain knowledge about magnetic protection and safety.
- Exercises professional judgment in performance of services.
Requirements:
- Licensed by ARRT in MRI.
- Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy.
