We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at CoolSys. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities- Install refrigeration systems according to customer specifications and building codes
- Provide support on construction jobs, including piping cooler boxes and refrigeration cases
- Perform electrical wiring and other tasks as required to complete projects
- Assist the foreman as needed on the job
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in commercial refrigeration, electrical, and/or fixtures construction
- Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration systems, and plumbing and pipe fittings
- Ability to read blueprints and use hand and power tools
- Good mechanical skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ongoing education and training opportunities
- Exposure to a large variety of projects
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000
