Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including assessment, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
- Foster collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers through effective communication.
- Adhere to hospital policies, industry standards, and applicable laws and regulations to promote an optimal patient experience.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in nursing.
- RN-Registered Nurse licensure for the state where care is provided.
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
- ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support and PALS-Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications.
- 2 years of recent relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated general knowledge and competence with regard to nursing theories, concepts, and practices.
- Working knowledge of the healthcare industry, safety precaution policies, and best practices regarding patient care and privacy.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions:
- Day/Evening shifts.
