About the Role:
The Assembly Supervision Position is a vital part of our Thermo Fisher Scientific team, playing a crucial role in the production of our laboratory equipment. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of colleagues to achieve excellence in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity. Your ability to drive change and implement process improvements will be key to the success of this role.

Competitive Compensation:
This position offers a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, with additional shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shift positions. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one, as well as paid time off and designated holidays. You will also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and merit-based increases.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for leading a team to achieve daily objectives, implementing PPI-Lean Enterprise, and applying PPI Problem Solving methodology to eliminate waste. Additionally, you will participate in value stream analysis and create a current-state value stream map. A minimum of 4 years of work experience in a manufacturing or related field is required, with preferred experience in a cGMP environment.
