Position Overview: Supply Chain Planning Manager

This role is pivotal in leading a team of supply planners to support the growth of our Data Center GPU segment.

The manager will be responsible for achieving key performance metrics and driving enhancements in systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong aversion to complacency, a thirst for knowledge, adaptability to ambiguity, and a systematic approach to processes.

Daily responsibilities for the Supply Planning team and its leader include overseeing and assessing the supply status for both new product introductions and ongoing products, while collaborating with essential stakeholders and functions regarding material flow, capacity management, parametric data, and real-time exception handling.

This position requires a customer-centric mindset, robust decision-making skills, agility, and outstanding communication abilities to effectively manage supply across various functions and regions.


Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply planners
• Achieve key performance indicators for supply chain management (on-time delivery, revenue goals, excess and obsolete inventory, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convey priorities, strategies, and bridge operational gaps
• Ensure supply readiness to meet new product timelines and demand growth while minimizing supply risks
• Facilitate the resolution of issues to ensure customer satisfaction and informed decision-making
• Drive the development of sophisticated tools to manage intricate planning, bill of materials, and inventory flows
• Promote and implement continuous improvement and change management processes to enhance team productivity and scalability

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
• Relevant business or operational experience is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain principles and processes, along with operational execution and requirements, is critical.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Previous leadership experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in SAP and Rapid Response is a plus.
