About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all external financial statements, capital calls, and interest calculations.
  • Assist in preparing financial analysis and reporting for executives.
  • Support the overall portfolio valuation process.
  • Collaborate with audit and tax teams on year-end reporting.
  • Support liquidity management functions.
  • Manage the expense process.
  • Monitor performance measurements, including IRRs and investments.
  • Review partnership agreements and other legal documents.
  • Assist with the investor onboarding process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in private equity or credit experience.
  • Loan experience, including working with credit funds, is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze investment and fund legal documents.
  • Proven knowledge of partnership accounting and GAAP.
