- Track resident issues and concerns to identify trends and major problems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Association files, mail, binders, and office supply inventory.
- Attend Board Meetings and create engaging newsletters and notices.
- Manage homeowner roster, database, mail instructions, and homeowner files.
- Assist in reviewing leases and processing new owner approval and interview packages.
- Review receivable reports and assist in forwarding collection packages to counsel.
- Process Association expense checks and assist residents with account balance inquiries.
- Ensure all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties.
- Perform property inspections as directed by the Community Association Manager.
- High school diploma required; Associates degree with a concentration in business preferred.
- Two to three years of related work experience and strong administrative background.
- Excellent interpersonal, office management, and communications skills.
- Intermediate command of computer hardware and software, specifically Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Multiple language fluency is desirable and may be required depending on the community's needs.
The majority of work will be completed indoors in a temperature-controlled environment with little to moderate noise levels.
