Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of rockstars to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that exceed company standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a culture of food safety and quality, and ensure that all team members follow company standards.
  • Team Development: Recognize and reward team members for their achievements, and delegate responsibilities to ensure they exceed guest expectations.
  • Guest Experience: Deliver an uncommon experience to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Operations: Own open, mid, and close routines, and set the next shift up for success.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and leadership to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Previous Management Experience: A minimum of 1 year of management or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to deliver an uncommon experience to our guests.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
  • Availability: Availability to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
