Responsibilities:- Design, develop, execute, and implement technology research projects in collaboration with other researchers, engineers, and product groups.
- Contribute to the advancement of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) technologies.
- Work on cutting-edge research projects, including pre-training, alignment, and post-training of LLMs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop practical solutions to real-world problems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field and 4+ years of related research experience.
- OR Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and 6+ years of related research experience.
- Experience in creating, optimizing, and running large-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Experience in running large-scale experiments with LLMs pre-training and/or fine-tuning.
- Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
