About the Role:

As a CBRE Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for facilities.
  • Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs, and maintain inventory of adequate supplies and tools.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
  • Review inspections of building and industrial systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing, to ensure operation within design capabilities and environmental conditions.
  • Lead compliance with applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
  • Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license required.
  • Meet physical requirements of the role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
