- Design and implement individualized speech and language therapy programs for patients in medically fragile settings">
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans">
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">Education and Certification:
">A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution and a valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
">Experience:
">A minimum of 3 years of experience working with pediatric populations in a medically fragile setting, with a focus on speech and language therapy
">Skills and Qualifications:
">You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and healthcare teams
