Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Retrieve voicemails and ensure timely delivery to relevant team members.
  • Provide information about our services and company policies to callers.
  • Manage visitor access and issue passes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate appointment calendars and prepare travel vouchers.
  • Process payments for services and products.
  • Sort, route, and distribute incoming mail and overnight deliveries.
  • Create and print correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Order, receive, and maintain office supplies.
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in operating office equipment and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while meeting deadlines.
Education & Background
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Two verifiable employment references.
