The chosen candidate will have access to two da Vinci robots on site, allowing them to leverage cutting-edge technology in their practice. A call rotation expectation of 1:6 provides a sustainable work-life balance, ensuring our surgeon can maintain peak performance while enjoying a fulfilling personal life.

  • A competitive base salary of $250,000 per year, guaranteed for up to 3 years.
  • An enticing recruitment incentive package worth up to $200,000, including a sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, residency bonus, and relocation assistance.
