Job Summary:

The Director of Digital Marketing Analytics will lead our team of analysts in driving business success through data-driven insights and recommendations. This role focuses on analyzing digital marketing data across media, email, web, and app channels to inform business decisions and optimize digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the analysis of digital marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement an end-to-end analytics roadmap that supports the business's digital marketing strategy
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on digital marketing strategies and to implement data-driven initiatives
* Analyze customer journeys across digital marketing channels and web/app to identify opportunities for enhancement and develop strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent education and experience
* 4+ Years of experience in the relevant subject area expertise with experience in driving business performance through operational insights and analytics
* Experience in writing and executing SQL, Python, Azure Databricks
