• Follows recipes and guidelines meticulously
• Regularly participates in pre-shift meetings
• Communicates effectively with the Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and management regarding supply and equipment needs
• Attends mandatory staff meetings
• Experience in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment
• Possesses a strong appreciation for high-quality cuisine
• Capable of adhering to recipe and equipment standards
