About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Zinman & Company. As a top accounting firm, we provide professional services to businesses and individuals throughout the US.

This is a full-time, permanent placement position that offers a competitive benefits package including employer-provided short and long-term disability coverage, 401(k) with matching contribution, and health coverage.

The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a college degree in business or a related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a professional office environment, ideally in a public accounting firm, is required.

The ideal candidate will be an active and engaged listener, a compelling and effective communicator, a critical thinker, and a problem solver. They should also have experience using Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel.

Key responsibilities include managing documents scanning and storage, supporting the Executive Team with client communication, generating reports, and entering data into practice management software.

The estimated salary for this role is $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
