Job Overview

Signature Homes is seeking a highly skilled Builder Superintendent to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of our residential homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive quality and accountability through sub-contractors to confirm all work is completed according to Signature Homes standards
  • Assist with community appearance and maintenance
  • Utilize internal software / systems to maintain budgets and job schedules
  • Ensure the accuracy, superior quality, timely schedule, and constructability of residential homes

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Knowledge of all phases of the construction process
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of residential construction management experience is required
