Job Title: IVR Technical Business Analyst

Conduent Business Services is seeking a highly skilled IVR Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering requirements, conducting analysis, and validating use cases for Conduent's Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze requirements for Conduent's IVR system.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize user stories to drive business value aligned with strategic goals.
  • Perform business analysis functions, including leading through influence in technical and business settings.
  • Evaluate user requests for new programs or modified program components.
  • Develop technical designs and verify performance, stability, and interoperability of software solutions.
  • Work with application/solution architects to set direction of design and development.
  • Support Change Requests through SIT, UAT, Client UAT, and Production deployment.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of IVR call flow.
  • Experience writing User Stories based on high-level business requirements and refining with team participation.
  • Ability to work with the product team and client team to create product vision and roadmaps.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office applications, Team Foundation Server, and Visio.
  • Collaboration experience with client staff daily.
  • Prior experience as a system analyst or business analyst working with public-sector case management systems (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Genesys PureCloud/PureConnect (preferred).
  • Working experience with Child Protective Services and public-sector finances (preferred).
