- Take weekly food inventories and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize ordering

- Operational Excellence
- Develop and implement processes to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment

- Prior restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
