Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support to our pickup and delivery customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient delivery approach, prioritizing the well-being of our customers and employees.
  • Clean and maintain the cargo van, ensuring it remains in excellent condition and adhering to company standards.
  • Identify and refer potential new customers to our sales department, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
  • A safe and responsible approach to delivery services, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee well-being.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process delivery orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Able to work a variable schedule of 5-20 hours per week, including Saturdays and Sundays, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds regularly, with a strong physical ability to perform the demands of the role.
