Your Role:

As a Banking Associate at Frost, you represent our institution. You are often the first point of contact for many clients, establishing the standard for their banking experience. Our associates exemplify trust and integrity, skillfully engaging with customers of all backgrounds. They are adept problem-solvers with compassion, genuinely invested in individuals and providing a banking experience that encourages customers to return.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and consistently meet banking performance metrics
  • Execute daily credit and debit transactions in accordance with bank protocols
  • Ensure accurate cash levels and manage daily reconciliations
  • Assist with currency orders, electronic transfers, and various banking operations
  • Prioritize risk management and loss prevention
  • Utilize critical-thinking abilities with an emphasis on precision and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Availability: Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in cash handling
