Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and making recommendations on art supplies.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by merchandising art supplies, creating displays, and ensuring a clean and organized store.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting art supplies, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of art supplies.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and customer product requests to management.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and support store events.
- Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: 6 months of previous retail, sales, and/or customer service experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude.
- Competitive Pay: $18.50 per hour + Sales Incentives.
