Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Transformation and Change, you will lead organizational changes that come with large-scale ERP technology implementations. You will create customized project management roadmaps, implement change management activities, and ensure key change initiatives deliver on business, schedule, and budget objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Anticipate organizational changes and develop customized project management roadmaps
  • Implement change management activities for each phase of the project
  • Lead change impact analyses and assess change readiness
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders
  • Develop engagement and communication plans to support stakeholders
  • Determine appropriate metrics and measures to track progress
  • Document new ways of working and process flows
  • Utilize Project Management and Change Management frameworks and methods
Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with 15+ years of experience leading change management and transformation engagements in complex, global organizations. You should have experience developing and implementing change management and communication strategies for multiple end-to-end, enterprise-wide ERP implementations. Pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
