Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Demonstrate proficiency in phone system operation, facilitate warm transfers, and provide compassionate customer service skills to create exceptional experiences for callers.
- Multimedia: Handle and play audio-visual equipment during services, and be able to upload photos and videos as needed.
- Family Interaction: Proactively greet families and visitors warmly, express a desire to be of assistance, and anticipate needs of families and guests.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist administrative assistants and other associates with tasks as needed, and use downtime productively to take on additional tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Experience: Some previous experience required, with a focus on customer service, administrative tasks, and multimedia operations.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, comfortable with receiving and transferring phone calls, and skilled in using multimedia to create and play sound, images, and video elements.
- Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
