About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Good4U Crew Member. As a key member of our store team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Assist with cashiering duties, including operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
  • Support various departments within the store, including stocking, receiving, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in company initiatives, such as promoting special events and programs, and engaging with customers to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Gain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on store promotions and offerings.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Cashiering skills and ability to handle money accurately.
  • Ability to pass food safety training courses and/or certifications.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Constantly lifting or carrying up to 10 lbs.
  • Frequently lifting or carrying 11-20 lbs.
  • Occasionally lifting or carrying 21-50 lbs.
  • Occasionally using the computer for data entry and mouse use.
  • Constantly walking, standing, using fine motor manipulations, gripping, bending, twisting, turning, and reaching outward for the duration of the work shift.
  • Frequently reaching above chest.
  • Occasionally sitting, squatting, kneeling, and climbing as needed.
Work Environment

This role is based in our Colorado Springs store, located at 7298 N. Academy Blvd. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive shopping experience for our customers.
