Occupational Therapy Assistant

The Occupational Therapy Assistant will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to develop and implement effective treatment plans. The successful candidate will assess patients' ADL skills, assist in treatment planning, and monitor response to treatment. Additionally, they will revise therapy goals in collaboration with the Occupational Therapist and attend designated clinics, rounds, and conferences.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have an Associate's degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and a NYS O.T.A. license and registration. A minimum of 2 years clinical experience is required, although candidates with less than 2 years experience may be considered for entry-level positions. CPR certification is also mandatory.
Compensation:The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure includes a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
