Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for managing relationships between carriers, customers, and sales teams for assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in transportation or logistics and be proficient in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between the supply chain and external customers.
- Handle all aspects of customer relationships, including analyzing emails and resolving issues quickly.
- Use various dispatch systems and scheduling platforms to solve problems for all business units.
- Stay informed on internal policies, procedures, and external customer structures.
- Identify cost-effective solutions and resolve delivery process issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in transportation or logistics.
- Experience: 1-3 years in transportation or logistics.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, strong written and verbal communication, conflict management, multitasking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
