Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a construction team of 1-3 installers
  • Prepare and load materials, tools, and equipment onto the company vehicle for each assignment
  • Execute installations using company-sanctioned methods
  • Unload and maintain the vehicle upon returning to the facility
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers
Qualifications Required
  • A strong desire to learn and develop within the company
  • Prior construction experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Physical capability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform demanding physical tasks in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces
  • Flexibility to travel overnight for assignments as necessary
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation
