Electronics Assembly Operator Role Overview

At Tt Electronics Plc, we are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production floor, you will be responsible for performing intermediate-level assembly work on low-volume, high-mix assembly lines to mass produce transformers, inductors, and power supply products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work independently within the team to achieve productivity and quality standards.
  • Display process integrity and consistently help benchmark expectations.
  • Lead by example in relation to Core Values and maintain the highest level of quality standards.
  • Assist in solving quality and production issues on the line.
  • Train other team members in various production activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Able to independently read and understand production drawings and work instructions.
  • Able to work with chemicals and possess good manual dexterity.
  • Working knowledge of quality practices and ability to meet vision requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
  • GED or High School Diploma preferred but not required.
  • Two years experience in electronics assembly preferred.
  • Soldering experience of one year preferred.
  • Inspection and training experience preferred.
