We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Golden Corral. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and quantity of our meat products.
Key Responsibilities:- Cut meat according to product specifications and time standards.
- Follow the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
- Rotate cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness.
- Stock and arrange the Meat Cooler in accordance with approved food safety guidelines.
- Sanitize all surfaces between production of chicken and any other meat to eliminate cross-contamination.
- Recognize and remove spoiled meat.
- Clean and sanitize the meat room according to cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
- Follow local health department laws.
- Use administration forms to maintain an inventory of all meat products and determine production levels.
- Notify the Manager of any discrepancies in product or equipment.
- Perform opening and closing administrative procedures.
- Properly maintain equipment according to the Equipment Maintenance manual.
- Perform duty roster tasks.
