Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Golden Corral. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and quantity of our meat products, which directly impacts the guest's dining experience.

• Cuts Meat to Specifications: Cut meat according to product specifications and time standards to ensure optimal profit and guest satisfaction.
• Food Production: Complete use and following of the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance, rotate cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness, and stock and arrange the Meat Cooler in accordance with approved food safety guidelines.
• Cleanliness: Sanitize all surfaces between production of chicken and any other meat to eliminate cross-contamination, recognize and remove bad meat, and clean and sanitize the meat room according to cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Operational Excellence: Use administration forms to maintain an inventory of all meat products and determine production levels, notify the Manager of any discrepancies, perform opening and closing administrative procedures, and properly maintain equipment according to the Equipment Maintenance manual.

• Ability to cut meat to specifications and meet time standards.
• Knowledge of food production systems and food safety guidelines.
• Excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
