Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Facilitate the completion of background security documentation
- Guide new hires through the employee handbook
- Conduct safety and security training for new employees
- Review site-specific rules and regulations with new hires
- Clarify job responsibilities and work environments
- Introduce new employees to their supervisory team
- Discuss benefits and company offerings
- Maintain ongoing communication to ensure new hires are on track for success
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent – Mandatory
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate as necessary – Mandatory
- Minimum of 1 year of onboarding experience – Mandatory
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Compensation: Starting at $18.50 per hour (commensurate with experience) plus benefits
- Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, and 401k
