A successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of workplace dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interview schedules
  • Facilitate the completion of background security documentation
  • Guide new hires through the employee handbook
  • Conduct safety and security training for new employees
  • Review site-specific rules and regulations with new hires
  • Clarify job responsibilities and work environments
  • Introduce new employees to their supervisory team
  • Discuss benefits and company offerings
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure new hires are on track for success

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent – Mandatory
  • Ability to reliably commute or relocate as necessary – Mandatory
  • Minimum of 1 year of onboarding experience – Mandatory

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Compensation: Starting at $18.50 per hour (commensurate with experience) plus benefits
  • Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, and 401k
  • Temporary placement opportunity
