We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Telemetry unit at Trinity Health Livonia Hospital. As a member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with medical and surgical conditions, including geriatric and telemetry cases.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Teach patients and families about disease management, medication, and self-care techniques.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous medical surgical experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
