About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Territory Manager to join our team at UniFirst First Aid + Safety. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for servicing and managing relationships with customers in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consistent and timely service to customers in your territory.
  • Service 10-15 customers per day in a company vehicle.
  • Accommodate customer needs with products that promote a safe, pleasant, and productive workplace.
  • Organize and implement a daily work plan to maximize sales and minimize mileage.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of promotional materials, flyers, and business cards.
  • Meet or exceed call average targets and maintain accurate paperwork.
  • Stay up-to-date on price changes and sell accordingly.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid non-commercial driver's license and safe driving record required.
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic computer and tablet skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
